if you want to submit a detailed inquiry just fill in the "attached" form and send it online. The forms differ, depending on which type of customer you are: an individual or a company or institution.
In accordance with German law all our services are free of charge until a tenancy agreement is concluded (see Art. 1 of our General Terms and Conditions of Business. The fees for a successful brokerage are calculated according to the grid in Art. 2.).
You can state your interest in one or several objects in the e-rent database (just enter the offer number(s))or you can enquire for a rental object according to your specifications. In any case, you will be informed about new entries or alternatives of equal standard. Your request will also be entered into the internal database of the e-rent (and thus extending the list of offers made available to you).
Above all, it is important that you can be reached easily (our market reacts very fast).
